For most standard orders, we pack your items with care and get them on their way within 3 working days.

  • Our Trusted Carrier: We ship via Hong Kong Post (Standard / e-Express service), which always includes a tracking number.
  • Delivery Timeline: Your package will normally arrive within 7–14 working days.
  • Tracking Your Journey: You can easily track your parcel on the Hong Kong Post tracking system, or via your local post office's website once it lands in your country.

New EU Customs PolicyA new European Union customs policy requires a EUR 3 customs duty on low-value postal packages entering EU countries.

  • Paid at Destination: Because the Etsy system and Hong Kong Post do not have a mechanism to pre-collect this specific fee, this EUR 3 duty must be paid by you (the recipient) upon delivery. Depending on your country’s specific local post office rules, minor local taxes or carrier handling charges may also be applied by your local courier.
  • How to Avoid Delays: To ensure your package sails smoothly through customs, please double-check that your checkout details are 100% complete. Your full address, mobile phone number, and email address are vital so your local post office can easily contact you to arrange delivery!

  • 100% Worry-Free Delivery (DDP Service): All orders for this specific collection are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we pre-pay all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees on our end. You won't owe a single extra penny upon delivery!
  • Archival-Grade Handling: Because these pieces are incredibly special, please allow 5–7 working days for us to give them professional, archival-grade packing before they are dispatched.
