What is Return and Refund Policy?
All items are non-refundable except default or damaged item. We will not refund on any items that have been purchased over 30 days and without any email notice. For default or damaged items, please photograph the box, packing and damages and email us immediately. We will refund in 3 working days through Etsy Payment system. Do not throw the package away or any items until notified by us.
What is your international shipping method and delivery time?
I ship all standard orders within 3 working days via Hong Kong Post (standard / e-Express service) with a tracking number. Delivery normally takes 7β14 working days. You can track your parcel on the Hong Kong Post tracking system, or via your local post office's website once the package arrives in your country.
